A READER wants to know who stole 200 feet from the top of The Kymin!

Mrs Eileen Boulton said she read the article on the National Trust's plans for the Round House in The Monmouthshire Beacon on Feburary 15th and was surprised to see that the National Trust said the hill was 600 feet high.

"I always understood The Kymin was 800 feet so where's the other 200?" she said.

What do other readers think? Is Mrs Boulton right or is the National Trust's figure correct? Send your views to The Monmouthshire Beacon, 56 Monnow Street, Monmouth NP25 3XJ.
