A POSTAL worker from Monmouth is finally taking a day off, after 36 years without one!

Roland Fox is retiring after working with the Royal Mail for more than three decades, in a stint that has seen him be nominated for an award for his

dedication to his job.

Colleagues past and present attended the farewell party at the Monmouth sorting office on Monday (24th August).

Roland will now have some more time to play golf, while following his other great passion, horse racing.
