SIR, Many congratulations to Monmouthshire County Council who have come second in Wales for the cleanest streets out of 22 counties in Wales - wonderful! And, as we have many fast food outlets etc in town, no easy matter to keep streets litter-free. Well done to our local litter man who does a wonderful job.
