INTERNATIONAL rugby star Shane Williams came to Monmouth last week to pass on some expert advice.
More than 100 young players from across Monmouthshire took part in a Shane Williams Rugby Academy camp at Monmouth School last week.
The camps are taking place in various locations across Wales throughout the summer.
Williams said he tries to spend as much time at the camps as possible, but is currently training six days a week in order to be ready for the new rugby season.
Its good for the kids, it keeps them busy, keeps them focussed and they always seem to enjoy it, he said.
