A DATE has been confirmed for the reopening of Monmouth’s Waitrose Café which closed after the extent of the damage caused my Storm Claudia last November.

The supermarket giant announced on their social media they will be reopening the café on December 1.

We received an update last week that work was underway and would be reopening in the coming weeks and now an official date is confirmed.

The café is used often by residents and those visiting the area and many look forward to see the it back in use again.
