It has been nearly three years since a Range Rover ploughed into a community hall near Bryngwyn, but Crawley Hall has been completely rebuilt and was officially opened last Saturday (13th August).

Known to locals as the green shed, the hall was regularly used by the local playgroup, WI group and a keep fit club until the incident in October 2008 when a Range Rover (below, inset) ploughed straight through the building at Bryngwyn hitting the stage, destroying a kitchen wall and equipment. Luckly, no-one was inside the building at the time.
