Traders carnival competition results and pictures

The traders' carnival competition has been growing every year with the high street shops dressing up windows, premises and staff. Taking place the day before the traditional carnival parade, it's a great event, creating a buzz on Monnow Street, pushing the shop local ethos and reminding people Carnival day is coming!
