Imagine, Monmouth has been shown to hundreds of millions of people around the world, this is a marketing opportunity for us.
I expected that the Beacon would set the tone, perhaps the headline screaming across the front page would be "Monmouth seen by millions" or "The chosen town" or such.
Instead, I find on page 8 a paragraph referencing the possibility of sharp-eyed Beacon readers having spotted a picture of Monmouth. Monmouth and its citizens and indeed the Beacon, are usually good at taking opportunities.
In my humble opinion, there are opportunities here which could be well exploited.
