A surprise demand to settle an outstanding debt for surveillance cameras in Monmouth could land Monmouth Town Council in the county court, reports Desmond Pugh.

At the latest council meeting, held on Monday 15th March at Osbaston School, a letter from Monmouthshire County Council was put before councillors stating that the Town Council still owes £11,500 from the now defunct CCTV scheme.
