Vehicles valued at over £100,000 were stolen from a stand at the Monmouthshire Show.

Shocked staff employed by one of the region's best known dealers, Five Acres Garage, arrived at the show ground in Redbrook Road on Thursday morning to find that the six vehicles were missing.

A police statement, issued shortly afterwards, said "Gwent Police is investigating the theft of six vehicles from the Monmouth Showground, Redbrook Road, Monmouth.
