MADAM,

I would like to give my sincere thanks to the drivers of the Number 69 bus service which runs to and from Monmouth to Chepstow. As many of you are aware there has been major road works taking place in Tintern, which has meant everyone that needs to use this bus service has been using a smaller shuttle bus to get to and from Chepstow and surrounding villages.

The drivers of the smaller bus (Nick and Mike) have been fantastic.

These men have worked so hard to make sure they have kept to their time schedules and have made every effort to make what could have been chaos into a smooth ride.

As a regular user of the service I would like to congratulate these men for being so kind and dropping some regular service users at their door on the village routes.

It’s this kind of personal service that turns a good company into a brilliant one. Phil Anslow and Sons are blessed to have such dedicated drivers.

We will all miss our daily banter!
