On behalf of all volunteers at Gwent Cats Protection, I would like to thank the Monmouthshire Beacon for your help in raisng awareness of our recent plant sale in New Inn.
Having been unable to hold our annual sale in 2010,due to illness, we were unsure about how the event would be received this year, but the day turned out to be a great success and provided a much needed boost to our funds.
I would also like to thank Millbrook Garden Centre, Mitchel Troy, Monmouth, for very generously donating plants for our sale after reading about it in the Beacon and for providing 10 per cent discount vouchers off all seeds and plants at Millbrook to all who attended our event.
We could not continue to rescue and rehome the hundreds of unwanted cats and kittens in our area without support such as this, so thank you everyone for your very kind help.
