I was discharged from Monnow Vale Trefynwy Ward on 10th February after a 2 month stay in Neville Hall and 4 and a half weeks in Trefynwy. I want to thank all the staff for their kindness and compassion, all nurses, doctors, support workers, physios, social worker and cooks. When I arrived I was dependent and didn’t know how I would make it home but with their care I have made it home. They are still supporting me now through home visits. One of my enduring memories will be the compassion and respect shown to those people who are totally dependent and vulnerable. What a wonderful facility we are lucky enough to have in Monmouth.
