Cheers REVERBERATED around Monmouth's Sports Ground last Saturday (24th April) as Monmouth RFC finally returned to winning ways.

They won with such conviction that they earned a bonus point against their visitors Nantyglo, much-needed in their quest to remain in Swalec League Division 4 East.

Earlier in the week you would not have bet on such an outcome, as Monmouth had been put to the sword by a rampaging Risca, losing at home by a resounding 11 tries to nil (0 – 69).
