IR,

I have an idea to help reduce the parking problems in Monmouth. Use all of the space in the parking bays.

We should all be conscious that when parking on the high street, the bays have a start and end.

If we park leaving half a car's distance between the end of our car and the start/ end of the bay, then no-one can use that space.

Time and again I see selfish drivers leave unusable gaps.

If we all parked with courtesy and consideration we'd have an extra 20 per cent of parking space on the high street.
