ANYONE shopping in Monmouth on Saturday (30th March) morning will have spotted some odd goings-on at the bottom of Monnow Street.

It was lights, camera, action as the face of Tidings was transformed into 'Wizard's Sleeve' for the filming of the up-coming Channel 4 comedy of the same name.

Crews had also been filming in transformed locations around the county, including decking out the interior of Time and Triumph on Priory Street.

The Beacon was unable to contact production company Angel Eye Media at the time of going to press, but keep an eye on the paper in the coming weeks for more information.
