The loggia (covered archway) underneath Monmouth's Shire Hall came to life last Saturday for the second Pop Up Café, following on from one run by McMillan Cancer Care.

The café was run by Monmouth Savoy Trust, the charity that manages the Savoy Theatre and Cinema in Church Street.

It came in the same week as Monmouthshire County Council announced its intention to return small market stalls to the Shire Hall, subject to approval from cabinet.
