Last Friday Father Christmas left his sleigh in Lapland and drove the 65 Bus between Chepstow and Monmouth.

He was spotted by several people along the route and greeted all the passengers when they got on board with a cheery smile.

The bus was looking very festive being decorated with tinsel.

Passengers old and young were pleased to see this very special driver on the morning services but understood when Santa had to return to his reindeer and sleigh to continue with his Christmas duties.

Let’s hope that he will visit the 65 again next year. Thank you Santa….hope to see you next year.
