Sir,
I was recently saddened to find the gateway blocked on to Vauxhall Camp.
The path between the Inglis Bridge (Osbaston) and Tibbs Bridge (below the Castle) is a very attractive walk along the bank of the River Monnow, one that I have enjoyed since childhood, and indeed many people have enjoyed on a regular basis.
Green spaces such as this on the edge of town need their public access protected.
I believe if people have used this route over a long enough period of time, without obstruction, it may be possible to adopt a right of way here.
