The children of Whitchurch Whizzkids said a sad farewell to their playgroup last Friday (9th July) after a failed attempt to form a committee forced them to shut down.

The group missed deadline by just two days, but the deadline was not able to be extended.

The playgroup had been in the process of having a purpose-built building constructed after receiving funding, but it was opened up to other companies after the committee failed to form.
