"All sentencing options are open to me on the next occasion and that must be well understood."
Judge Michael Harington
Former Royal harpist Jemima Phillips, 28, was warned today that she could be jailed after a jury convicted her of handling property stolen by her burglar boyfriend.
Phillips, who was official harpist to Prince Charles from 2004 to 2007 and played at his wedding, was cleared at Gloucester crown court of taking part in the burglaries.
But she was found guilty of dishonestly assisting with the disposal of the loot from the four raids - and she admitted fraudulently using a building society pass book stolen by her former boyfriend William Davies to try to withdraw £500.
Bailing the tall blonde until December 22nd, so that a pre-sentence report can be prepared by the probation service, Judge Michael Harington told her "All sentencing options are open to me on the next occasion and that must be well understood."
His inference was that an immediate jail term will be among the options he considers when he sentences her.
