Congratulations to Chris Munslow, our new Mayor of Monmouth.

With his past experience of being an employee of Monmouthshire County Council, I believe his knowledge will be useful. Already he has saved us from a costly by-election.

I think he (please correct me if I’m wrong) could be the first co-optee to be elected by his colleagues to be Mayor of Monmouth. If so, could he be entered into the Guinness Book of Records?
