A SHOCKED driver has posted how he saw a vehicle driving the wrong way down the A40 dual carriageway between Raglan and Monmouth

The motorist posted a dashcam still of the incident, which happened around 10pm on Thursday night, and said: “I've never witnessed anything like this. A white Range Rover Evoque travelling from Raglan to Monmouth on the wrong side of the dual carriageway. It didn't stop.

“I drove ahead to flash the traffic heading towards ... The Evoque was also flashing oncoming motorists and stayed in the fast lane. No rear lights. Nuts!”

Posters urged him to report the incident to police.

One said: “Did they get on the wrong side by using the confusing junctions on the Raglan bypass? This has often happened... But what an idiot! Can’t believe there was no accident.”
