Hannah James and Bethan Lloyd (cox) from Monmouth Comprehensive School both won gold medals at the recent National Rowing Championships of Great Britain in a Junior Womens eight composite crew.  Both girls were then selected to row for Wales, with Hannah as the Junior Womens Captain, rowing in the J18 coxless four and the eight, and Bethan coxing the eight.
