A small post office van was stolen near Great Trewin Farm, Whitchurch, on Tuesday morning (February 12th). A silver Ford Fiesta drew up beside it, someone got out of the car and got into the van and drove it away followed by the car. The van was later recovered but on going to press it was not known what was missing from it. CID officers from Hereford came to investigate and a road policing team were searching for the car which was believed to have an X registration. The investigation is ongoing and Police would like to hear from anyone who saw the post office van and silver Fiesta being driven away together. Anyone with any information should ring 08457 444 888.
