GWENT police Monmouthshire officers received numerous reports of a vehicle being parked dangerously in Magor.

The vehicle was located on Redwick Road in Magor. PCSO 541 attended the location and found the vehicle parked dangerously on a zebra crossing, on white zigzags and in close proximity to a junction.

The vehicle was causing a significant obstruction to road users by reducing visibility and creating an increased risk of a collision.

Due to the immediate road safety risk the vehicle was removed from the location to ensure the safety of the community was prioritised while demonstrating the proactive work taken by the Gwent Police Monmouthshire Officers, who have addressed dangerous parking and safety concerns in the area.
