SIR,

I would like to draw to the attenton of the residents of Monmouth the unacceptable decision for planning permission given at The Gardens, Hereford Road, despite both Monmouth Town Council and Monmouthshire County Council refusing planning permission on three seperate occasions.

The local residents' concerns has yet again been ignored by outsiders.

I have written to the planning inspectorate for an explanation but I am still waiting. If any member of the public wish to also write to them, please do.
