A CHARITY onesie walk will take place this Sunday (30th August) to raise money for the cancer ward at Velindre Hospital.

40 walkers will set off from Monmouth Caravan Park on Rockfield Road and walk 5km to Ross-on-Wye.

Participants will be collecting for Velindre with buckets on the way.

Organiser John Coughlin is encouraging more people to don their onesies and get involved in the walk. He said: “Anyone can join in, we also have various things on site at the caravan park such as crafts and refreshments.

“It’s going to be a great day.”

To join in the walk for Velindre, grab your onesie and head over to Monmouth Caravan Park. Walkers will set off at 12pm from the site.
