A proud moment for Yr 10 pupil Nicholas Jones as he receives an Oscar sponsored by the Beacon at Monmouth Comprehensive School's recent Awards event. He won his Oscar for confidence and communication on work experience. A total of 21 Oscars were handed out to pupils who excelled in their work experience placements. All the Oscars were sponsored by local business's and the ceremony was jointly sponsored by Waitrose, Airbus and Timpsons
