The Noggin Under The Bridge event at Thornwell Pavilion was the third networking event organised by Mandy Chambers, Community Life Champion for Asda, and enables groups to come together and make connections. She provides and promotes the venue while supplying refreshments in between making introductions.

The event was attended by several groups in the community including; Heather Whittam of Bridges; the Befriending charity based in the Palmer Centre; Erica Sheppard of Macmillan Cancer Support; Irene Williams of COMBAT & Chepstow Rugby Club; Neil Smith of SWALEC; Community Police Office Julian Phillips and a colleague and John Sterry, the Manager of Caldicot Castle.

New attendees were; The Rifles; Pennie Walker, Outreach Development Worker for Monmouthshire; Mark Foster, Disability Sport Wales Development Officer; Katrina Penuik of Monmouthshire Housing; Kirsten Deakin of Energy Saving Trust (NEST) and lastly Frank Harrington of Orchid – Asda's chosen male cancer-fighting charity.
