David Davies, MP forMonmouth, competed in one of eight boxing matches to raise money for the Willow Foundation at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel in London.
David fought a former Bristol rugby player now barrister Liam (the Lightening Walker) over three rounds.
The show, which was organised by various London law firms, is run on an annual basis and has raised tens of thousands of pounds for various charities.
This year money will be going to Gloves in the Community which helps build sports clubs in deprived areas and The Willow Foundation, which organises days out for young people with life threatening illnesses.
David who competes as "The Tory Tornado", trained for the event at Chepstow Amateur Boxing club and with former Wales champion Mo Nasir, who coaches pupils at Monmouth Comprehensive.
He said afterwards: "As a sport boxing is making a comeback not least because it is a fantastic way to keep fit.
In amateur events like this the contestants wear head-guards and the referee stops things if they get out of hand."
As it was a charity event no winners were declared. David, who defeated Britain's only "out" gay boxer at an event in April added: "I want to keep up the training but don't have any plans to enter a match anytime again!
