POLICE are appealing for information after a 63-year-old motorcyclist suffered critical injuries in a collision with a car near Raglan Garden Centre yesterday morning (Tuesday, April 29).
Gwent Police closed the Old Abergavenny Road until around 11pm following the crash, which happened between Raglan Roundabout and the garden centre at about 11.15am.
Personnel from the National Police Air Service, Welsh Ambulance Service, Wales Air Ambulance and South Wales Fire and Rescue also attended the scene.
A force spokesperson said today (Wednesday, April 30): “The motorcyclist, aged 63, was taken to hospital and is in a critical condition.
“Anyone with dash cam footage who was on Abergavenny Road between 11am and 11.30am is asked to call police on 101, quoting 2500133766.
