MONMOUTH Youth Enviornmental Charter launch event is happening on Sunday September 14.
The event is happening from 11.30am until 1pm at The Savoy Theatre in Monmouth.
This Sunday, students from Haberdashers’ Monmouth School and students from Monmouth Comprehensive School will take to the stage at the Savoy Theatre to share their vision for Monmouth in 2045.
The event will consist of many activities happening on the day including a youth-led performance imagining Monmouth in 2045.

A short film featuring local students documenting the creation of their Charter, the launch of the Monmouth Youth Charter a community ‘fishbowl’ discussion where children, parents, teachers and leaders all have a voice.
They will also be joined by Cllr Catrin Maby, Cabinet Lead for Climate Change and Environment.
It is a true Monmouth community event where the schools and members of the public can come together, celebrate their hard work and take part in shaping a better future together.
