Monmouth 1st XI slumped to their first defeat of the season at the hands of Hagley last Saturday (11th June).
The 115-run loss has seen Hagley replace Monmouth at the top of the Worcester County League Division Two.
In another rain-affected contest at the Sport Ground, Monmouth chose to bowl first and were well on top as the visitors were reduced to 95 for five.
Left arm seamer Dan Risk (four for sixty from 10.5 overs) bowled aggressively and made life difficult for the Hagley batsmen.
