A verdict of unlawful killing was recorded on Monmouth soldier, Rifleman Jamie Gunn, who died with his two colleagues in Afghanistan in February.

Jamie, a former pupil at Monmouth Comprehensive School, was killed when the Land Rover he was travelling in was blown apart by a massive make shift bomb in the Helmand Province.

The inquest was held in Trowbridge last week.
