A recent tournament in the West Midlands saw members of Monmouth and Coleford Tae Kwon Do achieveve a clutch of medals.
Jake Perry and Darren Wood won a bronze for sparring in the senior section and Sam Morgan took bronze for sparring and silver for team sparring in the junior section.
Milly Walker, from Coleford, won bronze for sparring with Josh Smith winning silver and Sophie Griffiths taking gold for sparring.
