A Monmouth grandfather has died and another man has been arrested following a crash near Usk last Saturday (15th October).

Dr Graham Howells's white ford transit campervan was in collision with a white BMW at around 7.05pm on the northbound carriageway of the A449.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
