A Monmouth woman, running for St David’s Foundation has hit the £800 barrier, smashing her original target of £500.

Louise Uttley was moved by how the hospice cared for two friends of hers and set about raising money for the good cause.

Louise started training in March this year and completed her ‘couch to 5K’ by the start of May and then completed her first, and currently only, 10K run in Hereford.
