SIR,
We have recently been adopted by a stray cat. He is a large black tom with short but plush fur and a very long, thick tail. He is not micro-chipped. He is very friendly, is quite happy to be picked up, and actually cuddles down into your arms. Unfortunately, he is not so friendly with our own cats, and several fights have ensued.
We have called all the vets in town and left details with them, and recently put a notice through our neighbours' doors in Troy Gardens and Beech Road, but are no closer to finding out where he has come from.
If we don't find anything out about him by the end of next week, we have arranged for him to go to a local animal sanctuary. If any of your readers think they own him, please call 07528 810728.
