Josie Evans, who works in Monmouth, finished 32nd lady in her age group (40-44) and fourth GB lady at the recent World Triathlon Championships' in Vancouver. Other Monmouth triathlon club members at the Worlds were Tony Darcey and Ian Smith. Pictured below are Maria Prout (fifth GB lady), and Josie (right), who was the fourth GB lady.( Maria said "I am still getting over the jet lag, but I am pleased with my results, although it was very challenging throughout, especially the swim".
