CHEPSTOW and Caldicot Lions Club were delighted to raise nearly £400 over the weekend.

During Chepstow Show, members sold raffle tickets to raise funds for different causes in the Chepstow and Caldicot area.

The club was delighted to participate in the agricultural show held at Chepstow Racecourse last Saturday (8th August). Members were on hand to man the entrance gates and provided stewards for all the car parking areas and ran their own marquee.

Lion’s president Ray Nash said: “It was one of the best days for the Lions Club. The club has been given great support from the show committee.”
