Len is fitness king LEN Mills, of Monmouth, who trains at the Focuss Fitness Centre, has just won the Mr Wales Masters Competition at Barry. That means he will have an invitation to take part in the British finals at Southport. Len has been involved with body building for many yars and has won numerous competitions.
