Monmouth police spent last Saturday night (5th March) visiting the town's pubs.
But this was no ordinary night on the town – officers were on the lookout for pubs serving under-age drinkers and one landlord in town was handed a fixed penalty fine.

High oil and scrap metal prices are behind the upturn.
• Quad bikes were stolen from Tregaer and Raglan last week.
The bike from Tregare was recovered in Merthyr Tydfil.
