Six former "Land Girls" were treated to a special lunch at The Beaufort Hotel, Raglan, on Monday.
"We thought it would be nice to do something special for them," said Sylvia Price who organised the lunch with Jenny Swattridge.
Before lunch, three of the ladies were guests at morning assembly at Raglan Primary School where they have been taken part in a project about the Second World War.
All the ladies wore the badges they received earlier in the year in recognition of their tireless efforts working on local farms during the war.
During lunch, music from those times set the scene for a happy hour or so sharing memories.
