SIR,

I'm writing with regards to the NCT sale at Bridges.

I took my elderly parents to Bridges for lunch and then went to look for clothes for my granddaughter.

As we were making our choices, my mother was holding what I had collected ready to purchase when an extremely rude lady raised her voice at my parents asking what they were doing.

I went to see what the problem was and basically was told to get out as they wanted to pack up.

We had already been told it was okay to go in the room and we were totally shocked at her behaviour and both my elderly parents were upset by this.

Is this the way to speak to potential customers, particularly the elderly who deserve to be treated with respect?

Needless to say I returned the clothes to the table and left.
