In response to Peter Nelson;

The people who should be held responsible for allowing the junction to be put on a very dangerous blind bend are Monmouthshire County Council and its planners.

I very much doubt if either have ever visited the site. If they had, why would they have allowed a junction on a blind bend?

Especially where there have been more than nine accidents in the last two years, involving help from ambulance, the police and the public, myself included.

In fact, less than two weeks ago, while driving out to Rockfield village, I was nearly hit by a vehicle turning right on to the new road.
