Intrepid cyclists stop off in Monmouth

A team of four cyclists dropped in to Monmouth last week on their way to John o' Groats.

Gary Morley and his wife Emma, Rorie MacKintosh and Becky Armitage set off from Land's End on 24th July aiming to raise money for Help the Heroes, the charity for soldiers injured in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Monmouth break was an overnight stay with Mandy Morley, Gary's sister, who with her mum and dad had already raised £500 on their behalf.
