In response to the letter from Penny Thomas, Beryl Allen and Jeanne Weston, I would like to thank them for highlighting the importance of Monmouth in Bloom and its contribution to creating a clean, safe and tidy Wales.
I am sorry to hear that litter is such a problem in your area.
It is commendable that you intend to create a community group to improve the appearance of the area.
