LAST SUNDAY morning, instead of their normal league fixtures, Monmouth Town under-eights held a sponsored penalty shootout in aid of the children of Haiti.
Over £200 was raised by the boys and parents, and after the penalties were taken, the players enjoyed a kickabout.
Special thanks go to Monmouth Boys School for the use of their sports hall, and to managers Shaune Keane and Dominic Williams for arranging the event.
