Harts, the Ladies fashion shop,held a fundraising fashion show at The Kilpeck Inn last week to raise money for Cancer research UK.

Carrie Francis told the Beacon that “due to the nature of our work we have an obvious link with Breast Cancer but we also want to celebrate the battle that Carol and many of our friends and family have won against breast Cancer and also to remember those who sadly lost their battle like Carrie’s wonderful Mum, Glenys Francis, who died 20 years ago this year.

“We raised an amazing £1228 which has been donated to Breast Cancer Research UK.

They were also celebrating launching their fabulous new Spring collections following the devastation of the flooding back in November.

“We are very nearly completely back to normal in store and we would like to thank all of our wonderful loyal customers who have continued to support us during this difficult time,” she added.
